This warm-climate valley offers the perfect balance of heat and nighttime coolness, allowing grapes to develop rich sugars during the day while preserving their acidity overnight.

That natural contrast is key: warm days boost sugar levels, while cooler nights help moderate acidity. When harvest timing is just right, the result is a beautifully balanced wine—full-bodied, but not overly alcoholic or sharp. Wines from Aconcagua are known for their depth, structure, and bold character.

This tour includes visits to two select wineries and an optional stop for lunch at a rustic countryside restaurant that specializes in traditional Chilean dishes.
