This vineyard cycling experience offers a hands-on introduction to viticulture and winemaking within a working Casablanca Valley estate.
Using bicycles to explore different sections of the vineyard, participants gain a practical understanding of the factors that influence wine quality long before the grapes reach the winery. Topics may include vineyard layout, vine spacing, canopy management, irrigation, soil composition, yields, and the seasonal decisions that shape each vintage. Following the vineyard exploration, participants take part in a guided blending experience, learning how different grape varieties contribute to a wine's structure, aroma, flavor, and balance. The experience concludes with the opportunity to create a personalized blend while enjoying a selection of local cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal accompaniments. Designed for curious wine lovers, this experience combines vineyard education, hands-on winemaking, and a deeper understanding of the Casablanca Valley's unique wine culture.
