This is a place where they stand out for amazing whites, such as Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, as well as and Pinot Noir, Syrah/Shiraz, and Merlot; however, recently, this valley has been going under experiments by important vintners and winemakers, making the production of Malbec and Cabernet Franc possible as well.

- We can't Guarantee a booking if you book with less than 24 Hours in Advance. We always try, but we depend on Winery availabilities in order to Guarantee a good service.
- Sometimes the wineries mentioned above have events or are not available, for which we will find a suitable replacement in the same category and same quality wine.
- Please make sure you READ HERE before Booking...If you're still uncertain click on the "inquire here" button.

- 4-Course or 5-Course Pairing Meals are available at $80 USD per person. This means 4 or 5 Course + 4 or 5 Wines, depending on the menu available that day.
The wineries are very strict with these types of meals because they are not always available, and when they are, they require a 48 hour prior booking.
