The Transfer-tours

The Transfer-Tours are designed for travelers moving between Santiago and the coast who want the journey to be part of the experience. Operating as a private wine bus, the day begins in either Santiago or Valparaíso / Viña del Mar / Concón*, and follows a relaxed route through Casablanca, Aconcagua, Maipo, or Colchagua Valley, depending on the direction of travel. Three carefully selected wineries are visited; as winery activities are not included in the price, options such as wine by the glass or bottle, tasting flights, and meals are paid directly at each property. The day concludes in the opposite city by late afternoon.
*We also work in Algarrobo and Zapallar

how are wineries chosen?

​Across each valley, we work with wineries that welcome walk-in visitors and are equipped to receive guests without rigid pre-booked schedules. Some wineries operate strictly by advance reservation for tours and tastings and do not accommodate spontaneous visits. As tastings are paid directly at the winery by participants, the Transfer Tour is designed around producers that allow flexible access on the day. This approach ensures a smooth flow, avoids delays, and keeps the experience relaxed while still maintaining quality and consistency.

departures & schedules

Departure times vary by valley due to distance and overall routing. The following ranges apply:

• Casablanca Valley: departures typically between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.
• Maipo Valley: departures generally between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.
• Aconcagua Valley: Early departures required, usually around 8:00 a.m.
• Colchagua Valley: Early departures required, typically around 8:00 a.m.

Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum participation policy
   A minimum of two participants is required. If traveling solo and no additional bookings are confirmed, the rate applicable will be that of two participants.
2. Timing at wineries
   Time at each winery is limited. If choosing to participate in tours, tastings, or other activities, participants must be mindful of the allocated time to ensure the overall flow of the day.
3. Activities not included
   Winery activities, tastings, and meals are not included in the tour price and are paid directly at each property.
4. Winery selection and availability
   Wineries visited are selected based on location, timing, and walk-in availability on the day of travel. Specific wineries cannot always be guaranteed in advance.
5. Flexibility during the day
   Traffic, winery capacity, weather, and service times may affect the schedule. While the tour is designed to be relaxed, flexibility is required.
6. Punctuality
   Late arrivals at pickup points may result in reduced time at wineries or adjustments to the route in order to maintain arrival at the final destination.
7. Responsible consumption
   Participants are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Service at wineries is at the discretion of each property, and the operator reserves the right to continue the route if necessary.
8. Route confirmation
   Valley selection and general routing are confirmed prior to departure and cannot be changed once the tour has begun.
