Our booking policies are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please review the following guidelines before confirming your reservation with Valparaíso Wine Tours.
- Reservations are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of force majeure or illness.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the vehicle or equipment during their tour.
- Private tours are strictly for the group booked and cannot be shared with others.
- Transportation schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions or road closures.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour at our discretion.

Transfer & Wine Bus Tours
For all-inclusive tours, a 100% refund is provided if canceled at least 48 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
Bike Tour Experiences
Bike tours are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. However, we offer a full credit for future bookings if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.
Private Tours & Partnerships
Private tours and partner winery bookings are non-refundable. We recommend booking your preferred dates as early as possible to secure your preferred time slots and ensure a seamless experience.
